The requirements corresponding to these topics are different: modification of the sectors plans, quarries, Mobile phone antennas, buffer zones,…frequent aspects have an impact on the urban planning. |
| 16/03/2001: | Water management and river bassin management Seminar organised during the Wallonian water days and oriented on real eco-counsellors experiences on the technical and natural aspects of water management. |
| 27/04/2000: | Eco-consumption advertisements and messages : Synergy and/or
antagonism. The eco-counsellors and environmental counsellors have to make the prevention. IT existed since 10 years in Belgium, but the prevention did not always progress like nobody could be expected. In Belgium, 2 billions euro are spent for the commercial publicity. The messages for more environemental respectful behaviour will be a long time the less used on this way. How to communicate? The eco-consumption messages are not frequently used and there efficiency is not always evaluated. Can we imagine some eco-consumption messages? In the same form? With which means? Which conclusions can we give after the analysis of the actual eco-consumption messages? |
| 26/10/1999: | Local Agenda 21, which actions for the eco-counsellors? The goal of this seminar was to exchange practical experiences about sustainable development into projects in the public and the private sector. It was also the moment to propose, on the basis of practical experiences, some improvement ways and some new axes in the aim to better integrate sustainable development issues at the local level. |

| 01/10/1998 : | Eco-counsellor and eco-consumption Different experiences about eco-consumption have been presented and also some keys actors like the Eco-consumption network, etc. The awareness aspects of the target publics (the linking people, the desks, the council level…) and the integration of the relative's criteria for the eco-consumption in the work statement have been exposed. A forum space, which presented the stands during breaks, has been taking place. |
